Conference Rooms
The YUSC meeting rooms are located on the 3rd floor of the building and are available to all recognized student organizations for meeting and gathering of various types.
Student clubs can book rooms in the Alumni Conference Centre through the front desk in the Student Centre office, room 335. An Alumni Conference Booking Form is required before booking. Rooms are booked on a month to month basis. There are five rooms available for booking. Only signing authorities can book a room. The rooms must be left in the same condition in which they were found. Any damages or cleaning costs will be charged to the sponsoring student club.

Room 307
This common room is perfect for casual meetings that can hold up to forty students and is equipped with leather chairs, balcony and a kitchenette.
Audio/Visual equipment, booked through the Student Centre main office, can be used in this room.

Room 311b, 311c, 315c
These boardrooms are equipped with flexible furniture that can be re-arranged to suit your needs. These rooms can comfortably host Executive meetings and seminars for up to 15 people.
Audio/Visual equipment, booked through the Student Centre main office, can be used in these rooms.

Room 313
The Council Room Equipped with flexible furniture, power point slide and a large floor space, the Council room is perfect for hosting formal meetings and seminars. The room can comfortably host up to 35 students.
