For Corporate Clients

The Student Centre is the ideal place to promote your product as it is the focal point of student life and the main hub for York’s population of 70,000 students, faculty and staff. For Corporate Vendors we offer two promotional areas which are located by York University’s busiest food court. The first promotional area – The Promotional Table Area – is located near the northwest entrance, opposite The Source Ticket Centre. Clients are provided with a standard table and two chairs as well as access to a 15 amp outlet.

The second promotional area is located by the west end of the food court with approximate dimensions of 18 x 16 sq.ft. This area also has access to a 15 amp outlet. Up to four tables and eight chairs can be provided for this area. For both areas, clients are welcome to use their own set-up in the space provided. Clients can also provide posters to be placed within the Student Centre for up to one week prior to booking at an additional charge.
